The funds in this account are treated as belonging to one entity, regardless of whether that entity is an individual or multiple people. If more than one person is part of an Individual account, each person is required to agree for all non-trading related actions requested of eWeb-Forex, such as withdrawals.

* For joint accounts, each account holder must sign at the bottom of necessary pages. An additional copy for the Customer Information page and the Account Application Form is required for each account holder of a joint account.

eWeb-Forex Trading Agreement

Account applications are evaluated immediately after being received. eWeb-Forex will contact the trader within one business day of receiving the application. To open an account, a minimum initial deposit of $2,000 is required by check or wire transfer. Funds received by wire are placed in the account within one business day. Certified checks and cashier's check are also deposited in the FXCM account within one business day. Personal checks may take up to 10 business days to clear depending on the bank, state of origin, and amount. Once funds are placed in a new account, eWeb-Forex provides login information to the trader via email. Upon logging into the account, please note the four digit account ID# which must be used on all correspondence to eWeb-Forex.

Account Manager Option
If you wish to employ another individual (account manager) to trade on your behalf, an account manager, a Limited Power of Attorney Form must be completed indicating the account manager who will be assigned the necessary permissions as the "trading agent." In addition, eWeb-Forex requires the account manager to complete the contract information on a copy of the Account Application Form. The eWeb-Forex trading platform enables the trading agent to collect a fee on every unit being traded. This fee must be specified on the Limited Power of Attorney Form.
