Once agreement has been reached with the functional specification a Statement of Work (SOW) will be generated that will detail all deliverables. Once the SOW is accepted a final quotation will be generated and after its acceptance the development will start.

There are no inflated charges. We depend heavily upon client satisfaction, "word of mouth" advertising and client referrals for additional business. Therefore, it would not be to our advantage to inflate the time billed.
